Shooting publicity for organizations is priced by the job.
As a special service for professional musicians only, Head Shots are done at my studio for a $95 fee, plus tax and postage. The session runs about an hour and the client selects two images for final Photoshop adjustment and output as high resolution digital files on a Cd-Rom. Copyright is released, and the client is responsible for obtaining prints (done at any mini-lab in size up to 11x14). Selected images can be converted to black and white through a digital filter for an additional $4.00 each.
My fine art photographs can make a design impact in printed publicity materials. Prices and usage agreements are individually negotiated.
